try this 1. Open a commnad prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd) 2. Run regsvr32 -u C:WINDOWSsystem32scrrun.dll 2. Run regsvr32 C:WINDOWSsystem32scrrun.dll CAUSE: We needed to re-register asp.dll from the c:winntsystem32inetsrv as the registry entry had become corrupt. Also saw a reference to NAV scriptblocking...may need to completely disable nav.
